MissionAs Site Manager, you are responsible for leading the start-up and the maintenance of the proton Therapy center. Challenges we trust you withLeading a team of approximately 10 engineers who are in charge of the installation phase and the maintenance of the Proton Therapy siteCoordinating overall activities on site and managing the project prioritiesManaging logistics and material aspects and liaising with the subcontractors (supplies, storage, etc.)Ensuring the project contract scope of work is met in term of compliance, technical performance, timing and budgetSetting up quality processes and maintaining quality control procedures and documentationPreparing budget reports, documenting global activities and improvement plansEnsuring strong communication with the customersSupervising the team and managing all human resources tasks (time policy, planning, etc.)Promoting a high performance culture and motivating the teamWhat we valueYou have:A Master degree in engineering (Electronics, Electro-mechanics or Mechanics) or equivalent by experienceA strong people management mindset, proven leadership skills and experience managing a team in an industrial environmentA solid technical experience in Proton Therapy or a specific subsystem with key strengths in practical applicationStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAnd you also are:A very committed person ready to inspire a team to move forwardAble to motivate, support and empower peopleYou are results-driven and customer-orientedYou are capable of working autonomously and making decisionsYou have good analytical skills to identify the root cause of issuesAble to work with a solution-focused approach, striving to determine what are the best actions needed to complete the team's assignmentsWilling to travel extensively during a training period of +/- 6 months before starting on siteLife at IBAAt IBA, we value creativity, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.
