Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a member of our high-volume emergency care setting, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the emergency department.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide care in a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center.
• Utilize advanced nursing skills and knowledge to handle critical patient situations.
• Communicate effectively with patients and family members, providing education and support as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse, with at least 1 year in an emergency room setting.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI certifications required before submission.
• NIHSS and ENPC certifications required before hire.
• Experience in a high-volume emergency department with over 100,000 visits per year preferred.
