CNC Operator Swiss, 2nd Shift

Branch Medical Group, a Globus Medical subsidiary, seeks a CNC Swiss machine operator for 2nd shift manufacturing of spinal and orthopedic implant components in Limerick, Pennsylvania. The operator will set up machines, perform quality inspections, and ensure parts meet engineering specifications.

Responsibilities

• Measure, inspect, and load/unload parts from assigned CNC Swiss machines
• Implement dimensional adjustments and offsets to meet specifications
• Conduct basic machine changeovers and minor program edits for part size
• Complete quality control documentation and inspection sheets accurately
• Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures and safety regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to perform visual inspection with microscope on small parts
• Intermediate math skills in geometric and trigonometric formulas preferred
• Self-starter capable of working independently with strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
