CNC Operator - 4 Day Workweek, Overtime Available

Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently to meet production goals
- Set up machines, perform changeovers, and adjust offsets as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
- Change tooling and touch off tools to maintain dimensional accuracy
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts
- Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Deburr parts and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain equipment and keep a clean, organized work area

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience operating or setting up CNC machines or strong mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
- Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Strong basic math skills related to machining
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Commitment to safety procedures and shop standards

Preferences
- Experience running multiple CNC machines simultaneously
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance tasks
- Experience with tight tolerance machining

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Manufacturing/shop environment with moving machinery and noise
- Non-climate-controlled facility
- Required PPE: safety glasses and steel-toe boots
- Frequent standing (up to 10 hours), lifting, bending, and reaching
- Use of pallet jacks and material handling equipment

Schedule
- Monday - Thursday: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Overtime available on Fridays
