Compensation and Bonus Structure Total compensation package: $84,500 to $120,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company. BCBAs become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Bonus Structure Monthly performance bonuses: Uncapped rewards for impact. Sign‑on bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising RBTs pursuing their master’s in ABA. Certification bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Relocation package: Available to ease transition expenses. 401(k) with company match: Strengthen your financial future. Scheduling and Work‑Life Balance Remote work benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year. Schedule: Monday‑Friday daytime hours. Almost 30 days off in year one: Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days. Manageable caseloads: Support up to 8 children. No non‑compete clauses. Transparent and Expedited Career Growth & Leadership Tracks Center leadership path: BCBA > Sr. BCBA > Assistant Clinical Director > Clinical Director > Sr. Clinical Director > Group Clinical Director > Regional Clinical Director. Training & Development: Participate in Dr. Greg Hanley's Compassionate Care Training in evidence‑based ABA practice. Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance outcomes, transparency, equity, and quality. Clinical Guidance: Guidance from the Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, including industry leaders such as Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri. Education and Support Continuing education: Minimum of 10 + free CEUs per year in‑house, additional funds for external courses, and 2 paid days for CEU events.
