Position Overview
The specialist coordinates rail-based freight movement, ensuring shipments are properly scheduled and tracked. This role supports dispatch operations and maintains visibility across rail logistics workflows.

Responsibilities

Coordinate rail shipment assignments

Update dispatch systems with shipment data
Communicate timing adjustments
Maintain detailed records
Monitor workflow adherence
Escalate operational issues
