Develop, organize, and maintain technical documentation within KMS Lighthouse, including knowledge articles, SOPs, FAQs, process flows, and troubleshooting guides.

Configure and manage content hierarchy, metadata tagging, and search optimization within KMS Lighthouse to improve knowledge accessibility.

Implement content governance and version control best practices within the KMS environment.

Review and edit existing documentation for consistency, usability, and compliance with style guides and templates.

Create visual documentation (diagrams, screenshots, and step-by-step workflows) to support textual content.

Partner with enablement and training teams to ensure documentation supports onboarding and continuous learning.

Monitor usage analytics and feedback from KMS Lighthouse to identify documentation gaps or improvement opportunities.

Strong hands-on experience with KMS Lighthouse — content creation, configuration, taxonomy management, and analytics.

Proven track record in technical writing for enterprise applications, cloud services, or support documentation.

Proficiency with tools like Confluence, Markdown, Google Workspace, and MS Office Suite.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with content lifecycle management, taxonomy design, and information architecture.

Experience working in Agile development environments with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of APIs, product documentation standards, and customer support workflows.

Experience integrating KMS Lighthouse with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk).

Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and SMEs to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment of technical content with business goals.
