Gameday Men's Health is hiring a Receptionist for its Destin, FL location. The position is ideal for someone interested in being a part of a pioneering health program for men. ( Prior experience is required along with resume.

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This part-time position will involve providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations, and assisting with various clerical tasks. If you have a knack for organization, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to clinic staff
• Manage phone calls and correspondence efficiently
• Maintain and organize filing systems
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
• Assist with various clerical tasks and office operations

Qualifications:

• Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills
• Prior medical field experience preferred but not required
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
• Prior experience in executive administrative roles preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification or training in administrative assistance is a plus
