Ungarische Kandidat:innen mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen Du lebst im Groraum Budapest und verfgst ber sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) sowie Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1)? Deine Aufgaben:
- Durchfhrung der vorbereitenden monatlichen Payroll-Prozesse fr die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung fr unsere sterreichischen Standorte
- Support fr einen reibungslosen end-to-end Gehaltsabrechnungsprozess
- Durchfhrung der Reisekostenabrechnung (Aufwandsentschdigung, Spesenerstattung)
- Pflege und Verwaltung von nderungen im Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus (Eintritt, Versetzung, etc.)
- Erste Anlaufstelle zur Beantwortung einfacher Fragen unserer Mitarbeiter:innen zu ihren Gehaltsabrechnungen und Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen HR-Schnittstellen sowie Accounting und Controlling in sterreich
- Support bei Gewhrleistung eines reibungslosen Abrechnungsprozesses
- Beteiligung an Projekten zur Prozessverbesserung und Digitalisierung im Shared Service Center
Das bringst du mit:
- Einschlgige Vorerfahrung als Personalverrechner:in (Kenntnisse der sterreichischen Regelungen von Vorteil)
- Abgeschlossene kaufmnnische Ausbildung (Matura, Berufsschule oder vergleichbar) und Fachprfung Personalverrechnung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP HCM und SAP Concur
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2+), gute Englischkenntnisse
- Genauigkeit, Zuverlssigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Freude an Teamarbeit in einem strukturierten, serviceorientierten Umfeld
