Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, serving as the main point of contact for our policyholders.

Process policy renewals, endorsements, and audits with precision.

Review policies for accuracy and provide guidance to clients regarding their coverage needs.

Collaborate with our insurance carriers to negotiate terms and resolve underwriting issues.

Maintain clear and accurate documentation within our internal systems for all client interactions.

Assist the sales team in preparing submissions and marketing new business opportunities.

Requirements

New York State Property and Casualty insurance license.

Familiar with Ezlynx

Three or more years of experience managing commercial insurance accounts.

Working knowledge of agency management systems and carrier portals.

High level of comfort with Microsoft Office suite.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience with comparative rating software.

Prior experience in an independent agency setting is preferred.
