Quick Facts: Location: Fort Morgan, CO (1000 Lincoln Street) Start Date: 05/30/2026 Schedule: 24-hour call shifts; upcoming dates include June 21-22, July 15, July 17-20, July 24-26, with ongoing schedules beginning in June Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM (24-hour on-call) Hours/Week: Varies based on schedule Employment Type: Locum, independent contractor Licensure/Certs: Colorado license or Active IMLC, Epic EMR experience preferred Experience: General OB/GYN practice, hospital or outpatient experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Pay Package: Competitive, discussed upon application Weekly Pay Schedule: Via direct deposit Additional Compensation: Orientation: $200–$225 per hour after 8 hours Daily On Call: $3,500–$3,800 per 24 hours (includes 4 hours gratis) 24-Hour Holiday Call Rate: $5,250–$5,700 (includes 4 hours gratis) Callback (per patient contact): $400–$450 per hour after gratis hours Holiday Callback: $600–$675 per hour after gratis hours Benefits: Medical insurance (W-2) Paid sick time Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable Robust referral bonus program What You’ll Do: Provide OB/GYN care for hospital inpatients and outpatients Manage deliveries, including approximately 15 per month Perform general OB/GYN procedures and assessments Collaborate with RN support staff to ensure quality patient outcomes Respond to call shifts, including nights and holidays as scheduled Maintain documentation in Epic EMR system Participate in scheduled virtual EMR training and complete credentialing requirements What You Need: Active Colorado medical license or IMLC privilege At least [X] years of OB/GYN practice experience (preferred) Epic EMR experience (preferred) Ability to work independently and respond to call shifts Strong communication and team collaboration skills About the Assignment: This assignment at a hospital in Fort Morgan involves providing expert OB/GYN coverage with a team of supportive staff including RNs. The facility primarily handles deliveries, labor support, and general OB/GYN care, with support from general surgery and urology backup.
