Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time in-person opportunity, beginning August 10th, 2026 through June 17th, 2027, is ideal for dedicated professionals passionate about fostering positive outcomes for students. Work closely with the Department of Student Services to address a range of academic, emotional, and behavioral needs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Possession of a valid Maryland School Psychology License
• Previous experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Adept at handling diverse caseloads and managing multiple priorities
• Commitment to culturally responsive and ethical practice

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and interpret results for educational eligibility
• Deliver short-term counseling and crisis intervention services for students
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Participate in Student Services meetings and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and mental health
• Provide recommendations for classroom strategies, behavioral interventions, and services
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state regulations
• Support staff with training and consultation on social-emotional learning, behavior management, and crisis response
