Work setting: long-term care (LTC)–Nursing Home. This is a travel temporary assignment with Healthforce Healthcare LLC. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,181–$2,302 per week Guaranteed hours: 38 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Start date: 09/14/2026 Setting: Long-term care (LTC - Nursing Home) Responsibilities Perform initial PT evaluations for residents in the long-term care setting and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Deliver evidence-based therapies addressing mobility, gait and balance, strength, range of motion, and activities of daily living to restore or maintain function Monitor patient progress, document outcomes in the medical record, and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated Ensure patient and staff safety during therapy sessions, adhere to infection control standards, and follow facility policies Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and activity modifications to support ongoing independence Collaborate with physical therapy aides and other disciplines to optimize rehabilitation outcomes and coordinate care transitions Requirements Active Physical Therapist license in Montana or eligibility for MT licensure; in good standing Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent Ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting with older adults Experience in physical therapy; long-term care setting preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to document clearly and coordinate with care staff Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours: 38 per week 13-week contract Travel assignment with daytime schedule Assignment support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC throughout the engagement PAY DISCLAIMER RULE Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
