What You’ll Be Doing Build and cultivate trusted relationships with local healthcare providers, practices, and key referral sources. Execute strategic outreach (~12 prospective touchpoints daily) to drive brand awareness and referral growth. Partner with Senior Sales Representatives on provider lunch-and-learns and educational presentations. Track local referral trends, maintain activity logs in CRM, and collaborate with leadership to hit district growth goals. What We’re Looking For Strong interpersonal, presentation, and active listening skills with a customer-first mindset. High self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to manage field time independently. Comfort with MS Office (Word, Excel) and sales tracking tools/CRMs (HubSpot experience is a plus!). Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for local field travel.
