Contract Talent Coordinator

To support a growing Engineering talent team, the remote Contract Talent Coordinator will manage candidate interviews, ensure a positive candidate experience, and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system. Key responsibilities Schedule and coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews Communicate with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and logistics Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of corporate work experience Prior recruiting coordinator experience is strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience in tech/engineering coordination is a plus
