CGI is seeking a Management Program Analyst II to support the National Fraud Enforcement in Washington, DC. Your future duties and responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing: Hire and onboard attorney, non-attorney positions, SES, Pathway Students, Volunteer (attorneys and interns), reemployed annuitants, position management and classification
Personnel Actions: Process promotions, transfers, extensions, WGIs, maintaining personnel files, mandatory reporting.
Payroll: Manage GovTA, timekeeping, resolve earnings/leave issues, maintain employee records.
Worklife, Performance & Training: Provide accommodations guidance, oversee performance and awards, manage Worklife programs, mandatory training, certifications/reporting (OGE, Bar, Ethics), FEVS, transit, employee engagement.
Payroll Support: Offer GovTA help, leave/absence guidance, additional support as needed. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
. HR Related experience
. Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Justice Modified Risk Public Trust waiver
. Strong personal computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
. Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
Hourly Rate: $28.79/hour CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
