Backend Developer

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer – Go to design and build high-performance, cloud-native backend services and APIs using Go. The ideal candidate will have expertise in:

• Go
• Kubernetes
• gRPC/REST APIs
• Distributed systems
• Microservices
• Cloud technologies

Experience developing scalable, production-grade applications is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Go.
• Build cloud-native applications, Kubernetes controllers, and automation tools.
• Develop gRPC/REST APIs and integrate with databases and messaging systems.
• Optimize application performance, concurrency, and resource utilization.
• Implement testing, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Go.
• Strong experience with Go, Kubernetes, gRPC/REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka/NATS, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes Operators, eBPF, service mesh, or security-focused Go projects.
• Open-source contributions or experience with WASM/TinyGo.
