Responsibilities


- Handle North America check printing, settlement agreement printing, and contract scanning with accuracy and confidentiality
- Compile, prepare, review, and audit a variety of financial and operational reports
- Enter and upload data into computer systems using defined accounting programs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of records information management policies and best practices
- Provide excellent customer service to internal clients, suppliers, and customers
- Verify the accuracy of invoices, accounting documents, and detailed financial transactions
- Address moderately complex clerical or technical support issues, escalating as needed
- Perform other assigned duties to support the accounting department


Required Skills and Experience


- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting clerical roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with data entry and computer programs
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
