Job Description Come join our Reyes Fleet Management team at our Reyes Coca Cola Bottling facility in New Hudson, MI. Seeking a Fleet Diesel Mechanic A to help with repairs and maintenance on trailer/tractor equipment within our fleet shop. Shift: Full-Time Monday-Friday-3rd Shift 7:00PM-3:30AM Pay: $35.00/HR to start CDL Incentive Pay-Receive an additional $1.00 on hourly rate with active CDL A Perks And Benefits WEEKLY pay!!! ASE certification incentive pay-Receive 0.25 for every T Series ASE active certification (up to $2.00 additional pay) Paid Time off and holiday pay Career advancement opportunities after 6 months of employment Health, dental, and vision coverage Reyes Rewards and referral bonuses Union Benefits Position Responsibilities Diagnose, rebuild and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and related parts) Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance through the online Enterprise Asset Management system Diagnoses complex mechanical and electric problems utilizing diagnostic technology/software when applicable Completes complex and detailed mechanical inspections and repairs with minimal supervision Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal polices and regulations including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards, while ensuring compliance with safety programs, correct selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practices This position may require driving Reyes Family of Businesses, Reyes Fleet Management and customer vehicles, it is regulated by the DOT and requires a current driver qualification file to be maintained as required by the role. The Driver Qualification file includes: an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records request from prior employers in the last three years.
