JOB SUMMARY

This is an entry-level, 12-month administrative associate position within the Supply Chain team, designed for recent graduates. The role offers an opportunity to build foundational knowledge in Supply Chain and gain exposure to the beauty industry. The successful candidate will engage in challenging projects, collaborate with Supply Chain team members, and utilize various reporting systems to perform generalist supply chain tasks. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers with a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit, and an interest in optimizing processes through technology.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree obtained within the last 12 months.

• 0-2 years of professional experience.

• Minimum GPA of 3.0.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong verbal communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to form strong cross-functional relationships.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Product Master Data experience.

• Experience managing information at large scales.

• Engineering degree.
