3rd Shift Line Operator Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate restrike presses, steam treaters, and oil impregnators
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using various measuring tools
• Troubleshoots and performs appropriate maintenance of the equipment by observation and general cleaning.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental policies
• Record production and inspection data
• Load/unload parts and operate overhead hoists and conveyors
• Loads, unloads and operate steam treaters and oil impregnators.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance
• Support continuous improvement and training efforts
• Work overtime as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements for 3rd Shift Line Operator:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred
• Minimum of one year related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
