Our Mission is to “Transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable and effective”.**Job Summary:**We are seeking a detail oriented and customer focused HRIS Analyst to join our HR Technology team. This role will serve as a Workday administrator, partnering closely with Finance, People, and Payroll teams to maintain system functionality, optimize business processes, and ensure data integrity. You will play a key role in supporting and evolving our Workday ecosystem.**Job Responsibilities:*** Serve as the functional administrator for Workday Financials and HCM modules, including Core Financials, Expenses, Planning, Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent, Learning, Prism, and Reporting.* Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Payroll stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.* Maintain data integrity through audits, validations, and system controls.* Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for Finance and HR stakeholders.* Support Workday releases by testing new functionality, assessing business impact, and implementing approved enhancements.* Support inbound and outbound integrations with downstream systems and third-party vendors.* Provide day-to-day Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, including issue triage, end-user training, and documentation.* Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual work.**Qualifications:*** 3+ years of experience supporting HRIS/ERP systems, including 1+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.* Experience supporting or configuring one or more Workday modules.* Working knowledge of both Workday Financials and Workday HCM is preferred.* Strong analytical mindset with reporting and Excel skills.* Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving abilities.* Excellent communication skills with a customer first mindset.**Estimated earnings:**$105,000.00-$115,000.00### About Us**Come join our rapidly growing team!**We are on a mission to empower our patients to live healthier, more rewarding lives through accessible, affordable and effective mental healthcare tailored to their needs.
