Paralegal PositionVan Der Hout LLP is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented paralegal to join our growing employment- and family-based immigration practice. This is a full-time, in-office position offering the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and other immigration matters.The successful candidate will assist with reviewing case documents, preparing employment-based immigration petitions and applications for filing with various government agencies, and managing cases throughout the immigration process. The ideal candidate is organized, able to manage multiple deadlines, communicates effectively, and has a genuine interest in immigration law.While prior business immigration experience is preferred, we are committed to training motivated individuals who demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
