CNC Machinist
Location: Holland, Michigan
Shift: 7:00am–3:00pm (Monday–Friday)
Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour

Job Summary

Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking for a stable, first-shift opportunity? We’re seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team in Holland, Michigan. In this role, you’ll play a key part in precision manufacturing by producing high-quality components and ensuring accuracy in every step of the machining process.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a CNC Machinist, your core responsibilities will include:

1. Operating CNC Machines: Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis mills and 2-axis lathes to produce precision parts.
2. Reading Technical Documents: Interpret travelers and blueprints to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
3. Performing Quality Checks: Use micrometers, calipers, and various gauges to inspect finished products for accuracy.

In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED required
2. Previous experience operating CNC mills (3, 4, and 5 axis) and 2-axis lathes
3. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Skills:

1. Blueprint Reading: Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings to ensure proper machining.
2. Measurement Proficiency: Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, and gauges for precise inspections.
3. Mechanical Aptitude: Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment operation.
