Who You Are We're looking for a Client Service Representative with: At least 2 years of customer service experience (vet med a plus) A flexible schedule & can cover opening through closing shifts & Saturdays A friendly, confident way of communicating The ability to handle multiple phone lines without panicking A fast-paced, go-getter attitude Charisma and the ability to build trust quickly A curious mind that looks for ways to keep improving, and genuinely wants to grow in this field A calm, kind approach on busy days A desire to help teammates grow and succeed You like humans as much as pets. You're the kind of person who remembers names, smiles easily, and brings steadiness to a busy front desk. You know how to care for yourself, not burn yourself out, and keep things moving with compassion and patience. What Youll Do This role is full-time, 3540 hours per week, Monday-Friday, plus 12 Saturdays per month, and occasional weekend cat boarding duties.
