What We're Looking For:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school environment preferred
• Solid knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Ability to assess, develop, and execute individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and administrators
• Flexibility and adaptability within dynamic educational settings

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students according to their IEPs
• Conduct evaluations to determine students’ needs and goals
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and support staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, progress, and outcomes
• Serve as a resource to school staff and families regarding adaptive strategies and accommodations
