Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date)
• Previous experience working as an OT in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, families, and staff
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ functional levels and therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEPs
• Provide direct therapy services to students addressing fine motor, sensory integration, and functional skills
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings
• Monitor and report on student outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
