Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapy license in Indiana
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Pediatric or school-based PT experience highly valued
• Open to recent graduates with school-based clinical rotations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine needs for physical therapy services
• Design and implement tailored therapy interventions within school settings
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistent therapy support
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Contribute expertise as part of multidisciplinary Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams
• Provide training and support to school staff as needed
• Promote a safe, supportive, and positive therapy environment
