• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–11:30 PM; occasional Saturdays as business requires.
• Compensation: $42.00–$44.00/hour (based on experience) + $0.50 shift differential.
• Focus: Packaging line reliability, utilities ownership, advanced troubleshooting, mentoring, shutdown execution, and continuous improvement.

• Act as technical owner for packaging, utility, and process assets.
• Resolve PLC/HMI faults, servo issues, VFD problems, and complex automation/electrical events.
• Maintain 480 VAC systems, MCC buckets, and drive packages.
• Troubleshoot boilers, compressors, cooling towers, and chemical transfer systems.
• Support equipment such as conveyors, bottle feeders, case erectors/sealers, labelers, stretch wrappers, cap sorters, fillers, and pallet conveyors.
• Enable efficient startups, orderly shutdowns, and precise changeovers.
• Execute PMs exactly to specification and cadence.
• Complete lubrication routes, inspections, and condition monitoring.
• Replace wear items—belts, chains, bearings, filters, and more.
• Set conveyor tracking and alignment for optimal flow.
• Use laser alignment and vibration analysis; drive root-cause investigations.
• Audit machine guarding; assist with cleaning and equipment restoration.
• Improve PM strategies and help optimize spare-parts inventory.
• Perform TIG/MIG welding and stainless fabrication.
• Lead/support planned shutdowns and maintenance projects.
• Contribute to capital projects and CI workstreams targeting reliability, efficiency, and throughput.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and sanitation standards.
• Close CMMS work orders with accurate parts usage, observations, and actions.
• Keep maintenance spaces clean and organized.
• Escalate abnormalities, operational concerns, and safety issues quickly.
• Follow PPE rules and all safety procedures.
• Apply LOTO, guarding standards, hazard communication, and safe tool use.
• Identify and mitigate slip/trip/fall hazards.
• Model accountability, urgency, and technical leadership.
• Promote a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance culture.
• Coach and mentor operators and junior technicians.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Serve as maintenance lead when required.
• Work collaboratively—sharing knowledge and learning from others.

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 5+ years’ experience in industrial maintenance.
• 3+ years of multi-craft troubleshooting.
• 3+ years of electrical troubleshooting.
• Hands-on PLC/HMI diagnostics.
• Welding/fabrication background (preferred).
• Comfort with CMMS platforms.
• Mindset grounded in reliability and reliability engineering.
• Leadership presence and strong ownership.
• Proven ability to train and mentor others.
• Continuous improvement orientation.
