Journeyman Electrician

Location: Orlando, FL (Local Projects Only) Pay: $26–$35/hour Shift Differential: Higher pay available for night shift opportunities Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Overtime Pay, Performance Bonuses Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to support commercial, industrial, and residential electrical projects throughout the Orlando area. This role is responsible for electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs while ensuring all work meets applicable codes and safety standards. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment. Perform electrical upgrades, panel work, wiring, and fixture installations. Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes. Complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Identify and resolve electrical issues accurately through troubleshooting and diagnostics. Test and inspect systems to ensure proper operation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Maintain compliance with electrical codes and regulations. Promote a safe and professional work environment. Work closely with electricians, apprentices, and project teams. Support project timelines and customer expectations. Maintain professional communication on job sites. Qualifications Active Journeyman Electrician License. Proven experience in commercial, industrial, or residential electrical work. Strong understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting methods. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
