Proposal Coordinator

Managing the end-to-end preparation and coordination of bioanalytical quotes, the full-time remote Proposal Coordinator will compile and format quotation materials, ensure accuracy and consistency, and act as a liaison between Business Development, Client Management, and Scientific Evaluators. Key responsibilities Coordinate the preparation and formatting of bioanalytical quotations based on inputs from Scientific Evaluators and Subject Matter Experts Manage updates to existing quotes and implement change orders, ensuring accurate reflection of scientific and financial impacts Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate proposal submissions Required qualifications BA/BS in business or sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience 2-5 years of related experience in proposal or project coordination within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce Bilingual proficiency in French may be required depending on location Ability to read and interpret study documents, including protocols and SOPs
