Receptionist - Part-time

Front Desk CoordinatorAn organized and friendly "first contact" for a busy international flight school. Responsible for managing the front desk by answering incoming calls, assisting customers and guests, performing a variety of clerical tasks, offering administrative support across the organization, and ensuring exceptional customer care.Job Duties:Answer and direct incoming callsWelcome and assist visitors, customers, and vendors.Inform of testing center arrivals and other guestsSort and distribute mail and packages for staff and studentsReceive payments, distribute checks, and invoice customers as neededCreate and help out with PowerPoint presentations for company announcement screensMake announcements regarding monthly events and help with creating posters (if needed)Clean briefing room whiteboards and stock supplies as neededProcess fuel records and update fuel surchargesCollect cash/check paymentsOversee company printers, phone equipment and plantsSchedule rooms on Flight Schedule ProMaintain reception and lobby area for cleanlinessReport facility maintenance and IT requests to the appropriate departmentsHelp Student Services with documents scanning, saving and other tasksOther duties as assignedRequired Skills/Experience:Ability to work in a multi-cultural environmentReception/administrative experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsEffective at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCustomer service drivenAbility to handle, organize and prioritize multiple requests within tight deadlinesPleasant and professional demeanorAbility to work independently and in a team environmentHillsboro Aero Academy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
