Veterinary Technician Supervisor

Position Overview VCA County West Animal Hospital is looking to add a Certified Veterinary Technician to our leadership team as a Technician Supervisor. Responsibilities Implementing department policies and procedures. Scheduling staff and conducting team meetings. Accurately handling and recording controlled drugs. Interviewing, training and mentoring new and existing staff. Delivering employee performance feedback. Monitoring day-to-day activities and engaging with support staff. Schedule Full‑time opportunity, 4 x 10‑hour shifts with rotating Saturdays. Compensation Pay range is $23‑$26 per hour and negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials.
