What You'll Do:

• Manage and prioritize internal and external customer inquiries across phone, email, and online chat, recognizing urgent issues and escalating them appropriately.
• Provide end-to-end customer support by researching issues, resolving problems creatively, and collaborating across teams and with third-party suppliers.
• Process daily transactions in SAP, including order entry, order status updates, returns, credits, debits, and quotes.
• Manage Salesforce queues and customer interactions while maintaining accurate, detailed CRM records and providing timely, professional responses.
• Support customers using online ordering and catalog platforms, monitor real-time chat requests, and identify or escalate issues according to established procedures.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in practical Customer Support
• 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications

• Bachelors Degree
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Must be able to demonstrate
• Ability to address customer inquiries/escalations
• Professionalism and excellent customer service skills
• Prior exposure to HVAC/Building Automation & Fire Safety customer segment.
• SAP experience
• Salesforce experience
