Join our team as a Concessions Supervisor and play a key role in managing the operations of concession stands during UW-Madison sporting events . In this position, you'll oversee non-profit volunteers, ensure proper training, and maintain a safe and efficient environment, all while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Anticipated start date in August. Key responsibilities include managing operations of multiple concession stands, assisting team members and volunteers, understanding menu offerings, maintaining inventory control, stocking and preparing concession stands, cleaning and closing down stands, completing event paperwork, upholding cash handling policies, following food safety/sanitation guidelines, enforcing responsible alcohol service, and performing additional duties as required to support event operations.

Qualifications include a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a food service or similar role, willingness to obtain Responsible Alcohol ServSafe Certification & Food Handler's ServSafe (if not already certified), being 21+ years of age for alcohol handling responsibilities, ability to stand and walk for long hours during events, ability to lift 25-45 lbs when necessary for setup and inventory management, and availability to work all UW-Madison Football games and a majority of events at the Kohl Center Arena.
