Gerald Auto Group has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Accounts Payable Clerk. Job Responsibilities Post A/P Invoices and Purchase Orders, ensuring proper approvals and consistency with established guidelines. Reconcile vendor statements and issue monthly batch payments. Research and resolve any discrepancies. Post all gas tickets and reconcile monthly. Other tasks and assignments as directed. Accounts Payable Clerk Requirements Basic accounting background High school diploma or equivalent Professional demeanor and communication skills Sense of urgency and accuracy in a high volume setting Works well independently and with a team Benefits Available Pay range for this position: $15.00 - $17.00 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education. Available benefits include Medical Insurance with HSA options that include employer contribution to your HSA.
