Brand PresidentAs a Brand President, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand performance by maintaining effective strategic partnerships with automotive manufacturers (OEMs). Your responsibilities will include forging strong relationships with OEM corporate contacts, analyzing market trends, optimizing sales and aftersales processes, and ensuring alignment with AutoNation's strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesCultivate relationships with key OEM corporate contacts and understand all key OEM measurables.Utilize OEM portals to leverage data to drive strategic decisions.Conduct thorough market analysis including sales and aftersales PMAs, distribution lists, and site surveys.Evaluate process execution across all dealership roles and ensure staffing is aligned for optimal performance.Analyze survey trends and facilitate mystery shopping exercises.Develop action plans in collaboration with GMs and market teams to address deficiencies and drive results.Drive accountability through training, coaching, and performance management.Collaborate with analytics, facilities, marketing, and HR teams to support brand initiatives.Track store performance and identify areas for improvement.Utilize technology tools to enhance sales efficiency, diagnose opportunities, and conduct root cause analysis.Core AccountabilitiesMeet key OEM corporate contactsLearn all key OEM measurablesObtain logins for all OEM portalsMap all sales and aftersales PMAs.
