About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead the development and execution of a robust, growth-oriented marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be the senior-most marketing leader, responsible for enhancing the firm's brand, driving demand, and deepening client engagement. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly in complex, matrixed environments. The VP of Marketing will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business priorities, and will be instrumental in shaping the firm's market presence, ensuring brand consistency, and leading a modern, data-driven marketing function. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10-12 years' of progressive B2B marketing experience, with a strong background in strategic marketing, brand management, and demand generation. The role requires a leader with a Bachelor's degree in marketing (MBA preferred) and a history of success in developing and executing enterprise marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare and professional services landscape, and the ability to translate market trends into high-impact content and campaigns. Key responsibilities include overseeing marketing operations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with the firm's strategic objectives.
