Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Level II trauma and comprehensive stroke center environment.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation using the Cerner system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address patient needs.
• Participate in patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Manage patient care with attention to patient experience and safety.
• Uphold hospital and department policies for quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in North Carolina.
• 2 years of experience in a Level II trauma center or similar setting.
• Advanced certifications including ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS required.
• Experience with Baxter pumps, GE monitors, and cardiac monitoring.
• Familiarity with patient experience protocols and communication tools like AIDET.
• Teamwork mentality with the ability to coach and give real-time feedback.
