Aftermarket Inside Account Manager

Agilent's Service & Support Division seeks an Inside Account Manager for the Northeast Region to drive aftermarket service sales and manage contract renewals. The role combines outbound service sales activities with renewal specialist responsibilities to grow recurring revenue and expand the installed customer base.
Responsibilities
- Sell Agilent's CrossLab services portfolio to new and existing customers via telephone, email, and digital channels
- Qualify leads, manage sales funnel, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in assigned territory
- Own full lifecycle of service contract renewals, from opportunity review through negotiation and booking
- Proactively manage renewal pipeline, track at-risk accounts, and prevent coverage lapses and customer churn
- Collaborate with Consultative Account Managers, field staff, and Contract Administration to retain and grow customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- 2+ years inside sales experience; aftermarket or service contract sales preferred
- Strong knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and maintenance requirements
- Familiarity with Agilent's CrossLab service portfolio and value proposition
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Qlik, and SalesLoft platforms
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales and renewal quotas
Compensation: $29.35 - $58.70/hr plus bonus, stock, and benefits eligibility
