Job Title: Entry Level Project Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in project management and coordination. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project teams by assisting in the planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Track project progress and report updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correpondence.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
