: New York City or Dallas Firm Overview Verition Fund Management LLC (“Verition”) is a multi-strategy, multi-manager hedge fund founded in 2008. Verition focuses on global investment strategies including Fixed Income & Macro, Event & Multi-Asset RV, Equity L/S & Capital Markets, and Quantitative Trading. Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join a L/S Equity REITs team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of experience in public equities, with a strong academic background and a proven track record of excellence. Responsibilities Conduct in-depth fundamental research and analysis on REIT companies. Develop and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses. Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and macroeconomic factors impacting the sector. Support portfolio manager in portfolio construction and risk management. Participate in meetings with company management teams, industry experts, and sell-side analysts. Continuously update and improve investment theses based on new information and market developments. Qualifications 2-5 years of relevant experience, focused on REIT public equities. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of financial statements, modeling, and valuation techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, and a keen attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. Proficiency with AI tools, or eagerness to build fluency.

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 (USD). In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary performance bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as geographic location, work experience, qualifications, and skill level.
