HR Generalist
An HR professional with 3–5 years of experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Provide hands-on HR support including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, performance management, policy administration, and reporting.
Full-time, direct-hire opportunity available immediately.
Roswell, GA.

$75,000 annually plus year-end bonus.
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations for a multi-site workforce. This role serves as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and performance management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
- Administer and interpret company policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and manager coaching initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare month-end and ad hoc HR reports.
- Foster a positive workplace culture while promoting consistency and accountability.
- Build strong relationships with managers across multiple locations.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Experience supporting multi-location operations.
- Strong employee relations, investigations, and compliance background.
- Experience with onboarding, manager coaching, and policy interpretation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in construction, field service, or similar industries preferred.
- Experience with Paycom is a plus.
