Data Entry Specialist
Lisle, IL | Up to $20/Hour | Immediate Start
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM | 100% On-Site
- Enter, update, revise, and maintain production information within SAP
- Create and distribute batch records, forms, tickets, and other production documentation
- Review production, work, and shipment schedules for accuracy and completeness
- Help coordinate the flow of work and materials between departments based on production schedules
- Communicate with department supervisors regarding work progress and anticipated completion dates
- Track production activity, inventory levels, costs, and potential production issues
- Compile reports and maintain accurate records
- Identify discrepancies or missing information and work with the appropriate department to resolve them
- Ensure all data and documentation is entered accurately and maintained in a timely manner
- Provide administrative and data entry support to the production team as needed
Qualifications
- Previous data entry, administrative, production support, or related experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
- SAP experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with production teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change
- Ability to handle detailed information and consistently meet deadlines
Schedule & Compensation
- Pay: Up to $20/hour, based on experience
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
- 100% On-Site in Lisle, IL
- Immediate Start Available
