Account Manager/Specialty Account Manager - IgG4- Milwaukee, WI (Rare Disease)

Amgen seeks an Account Manager or Specialty Account Manager for rare disease sales in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role involves representing Amgen products to healthcare providers, managing territory accounts, delivering disease education, and achieving sales objectives while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales objectives through promotion of disease and product education to healthcare professionals
• Implement marketing plan goals through strategic account business planning and execution
• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders across academic, hospital, and private practice settings
• Develop and maintain in-depth clinical and scientific knowledge of IgG4-related disease
• Utilize consultative selling approach to address healthcare provider needs and patient care improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience
• Or Associate degree and 6+ years relevant sales experience in life sciences
• Or High school diploma and 8+ years industry sales experience
• Rare disease or specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
• Immunology or rheumatology background preferred
• Demonstrated experience selling in-office injection or infusion products
• Ability to work independently in matrix environment with cross-functional teams
