What you’ll do Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel at a specific locations. Will assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures when required. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems at the local branch level. Monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary. Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees at the field level. Conduct new-employee orientations. Assists with Benefit meetings, enrollments, etc. Assists with employee relations. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as required. Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures tocontinually improve efficiency of the department and services performed. Coordinates all efforts with Corporate HR team to ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
