Global Customer Success Manager — Multilingual & Growth

ICIS is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead the engagement strategy for a portfolio of accounts in the United States. You will build trusted relationships, understand client goals, and collaborate across ICIS to improve retention, satisfaction, and growth. Fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish are required, with client-facing experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
