Physician - Anesthesiology

Job Details:

• Anesthesiology physician needed for full-time coverage Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break
• No call required
• Practice setting is an Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Role includes a mixture of medical directing and performing own cases
• Support staff includes CRNAs
• Outpatient cases covering all specialties; no cardiac or obstetrics cases
• Patient population includes all ages; primarily patients 1 year and older, with occasional cases under 1 year for ENT tubes and tonsils
• Orthopedic cases with regional blocks required - high volume of this type of work
• EMR system is Epic
• Board Certification in Anesthesiology required (Board Eligible not accepted)
• Active PA license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required
• DEA required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
