This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys meaningful client interaction, is confident managing multiple responsibilities, and is comfortable with online systems and office technology. Responsibilities include: Answering phones with compassion and professionalism; encouraging potential clients to schedule consultations Gathering and entering client intake information through our online system Office operations: maintaining supplies, coordinating vendors, keeping the office organized and presentable Handling banking tasks, managing billing twice per month, supporting the president with day-to-day operations What we’re looking for: A mature, steady, self-starter who takes ownership of their work Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills Strong computer skills and comfort with online workflows Someone seeking a stable, long-term role — not a temporary position Preferred: experience in professional service environments (legal, medical, counseling, financial, etc.) Salary : $49,000 to $59,000, depending on experience.
