Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct therapeutic services for clients experiencing significant mental illness or severe emotional issues both via telehealth and in community settings.

• Actively engage with team members to meet shared clinical objectives, ensuring collaborative treatment planning and case management.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to develop individualized, evidence-based care plans that encompass the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client preferences and needs.

• Maintain clear documentation of client progress and treatment protocols in compliance with organizational standards and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in crisis management and intervention, providing immediate support to clients in distress and coordinating the necessary follow-up care.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary meetings, contributing insights that enhance the clinician's practice and service delivery.

The LCSW will work primarily with low-income families and individuals from diverse backgrounds facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
